Why buy second hand audio?

Two good reasons, really:

• Style - Your parents were right: They simply don’t build stuff like they used to. (Or if they do, they charge the earth for it)

• Price - Have you seen what they change for new quality hifi gear these days? Walk in to your local hifi store to see what I mean…sky high prices, often for stuff where the technology really hasn’t changed that much over the decades…just the materials. Usually for the worst.

Perfectly good second hand audio gear can do the exact same job as new in many cases (or close enough to it)…for a fraction of the cost. Seriously…go check out the prices at your local hifi shop…but keep your hand firmly over your wallet, then come back here and bank the savings.
