Beautiful Vintage (1966) Thorens TD-150 Turntable In Cabinet
You are bidding on a classic 1968(ish) Thorens TD-150 turntable that is in mint condition, having just had a thorough checkup and overhaul.
This cabinet was hand made by the original owner who has owned this turntable from new. A VERY fastidious owner. Cabinet dimensions 80cm wide x 62cm high x 38cm deep.
Bottom shelf/cubbyhole in cm is 37 wide x 18 high x 38 deep. Space immediately above is 51 wide x 18 high x 38 deep.
This deck has had a THOROUGH service, including replacement of suspension springs with top quality new ones imported from the US (cost me a fortune) as well as new belt and stylus and a thorough lube, clean, and polish all around. And this is easiest the best sounding and looking turntable in my entire collection as a result.
Happy to deliver as far north as Levin for $50, when I next head that way. (I'm usually up there every 3 to 4 weeks). Or within Wellington for $40.
Happy to deliver personally between Wellington and either of Whanganui, Auckland, Tauranga for $100 when I next head those ways. No guarantees when this will be, but I usually find an excuse to get up there every three months or so.
